Abstract

U ovom završnom radu prikazan je regulatorni okvir zaštite europskog zračnog prometa, objašnjen kroz razloge njegovog uspostavljanja, te načina na koji je uspostavljen. U početnim stavkama opisana je temeljna regulativa iz 2002. godine, te njezine izmjene i dopune, od kojih su najvažnije Uredba 300/2008, koja ju je u potpunosti zamijenila, te provedbena Uredba 2015/1998, kojom su uspostavljene detaljne mjere u zaštiti zračnog prometa. Opisana je i njezina izmjena, Uredba 2017/815, najrecentnija... More Uredba Europske komisije. U nastavku, sumiran je regulatorni okvir te uloge Europskog parlamenta i Vijeća u donošenju regulativa. U završnom dijelu rada objašnjen je utjecaj Dodatka 17. Konvenciji o međunarodnom civilnom zrakoplovstvu na države članice Europske unije te način na koji Europska komisija nadgleda i kontrolira kompletan proces provođenja stavki regulativa, prije nego čitav rad bude sumiran u zaključku. Abstract (english)

In this bachelor's thesis, regulatory framework of European air transport safeguarding is shown, explained through reasons for its establishment, as well as the way of its establishing. In the opening items basic regulation from 2002 is described and its supplementing and implementing regulations, of which the most important are Regulation 300/2008, which has completely replaced the basic regulation, and implementing Regulation 2015/1998, which has laid down detailed measures in air transport... More safeguarding. Its supplementation, Regulation 2017/815, is also described. It is the most recent Regulation of the European Commission. In continuation, regulatory framework and roles of European Parliament and Council in legislating are summarised. In final part of the thesis, the impact of Annex 17 to the Chicago Convention on Member States of the European Union are explained, as well as the way the European Commission supervises and controls the process of implementing regulations items by Member States, before the thesis is summarised in the conclusion.
