Abstract

Problemi u radio-telefonskoj komunikaciji između pilota i kontrolora zračnog prometa nastaju zbog loše provedbe ICAO standarda o korištenju engleskog zrakoplovnog jezika i radio-telefonske frazeologije. Zbog važnosti standardizacije na međunarodnoj razini, države članice ICAO-a usklađuju svoje nacionalne zakone s ICAO standardima i preporukama. Države članice mogu izdati svoje zakone koji se razlikuju od ICAO standarda. Uvođenje razlika u hrvatskim i europskim propisima o korištenju engleskog zrakoplovnog jezika i radio-telefonske komunikacije u odnosu na ICAO standarde se primjenjuje samo ako izmjene služe u svrhu sigurnijeg i efikasnijeg odvijanja zračnog prometa.

Abstract (english)

Problems that arise in the radio-telephony communication between pilots and air traffic controllers are due to poor implementation of ICAO standards in the usage of the English language and aeronautical radio-telephone phraseology. Because of the importance of standardization at international level, ICAO Member States need to establish their national laws according to ICAO standards and recommendations. Member States may issue their own regulations, which differ from the ICAO standards. The introduction of differences into the Croatian and European regulations in the usage of the English language and aeronautical radio-telephony communication in relation to the ICAO standards apply only in order to provide safer and more efficient flow of air traffic.
