Abstract

Cilj ovog rada je prijedlog razvoja sustava putnog informiranja za korisnike s poteškoćama u govorno-glasovnoj komunikaciji. Rad obuhvaća definiranje ciljane skupine korisnika (vozači s oštećenim sluhom i poteškoćama u govorno-glasovnoj komunikaciji). Analizom anketnih upitnika definirani su korisnički zahtjevi. Na temelju korisničkih zahtjeva predložene su funkcionalnosti sustava. Predloženi sustav temelji se na modelima elektroničkog poslovanja s ciljem informiranja ciljane skupine korisnika. Kroz modele elektroničkog poslovanja prikazani su odnosi svih dionika sustava. Očekuje se da bi se korištenjem ovakvog sustava postiglo povećanje mobilnosti ciljane skupine korisnika i utjecalo na povećanje kvalitete njihovog života.

Abstract (english)

The basis of this paper is the proposal of travel information system development for users with speech-voice communication impairement. The thesis involves defining the targeted user group (drivers with impaired hearing and speech-voice communication impairement). Costumer requirements are defined by analyzing questionnaires. The functionalities of the system are suggested based on the user requirements. The proposed system is based on electronic business models with the aim of informing the targeted group of users. Through the electronic business models, the relationships of all system stakeholders are presented. The use of such system is expected to increase the mobility of the targeted user group and their quality of life.
