Abstract

Tarife u javnom gradskom prijevozu važno je odrediti vodeći računa o dobrobiti pružatelja, ali i korisnika usluge javnog prijevoza. Tarifni sustavi naplate važan su čimbenik za korisnika usluge, kao i sustavi naplate koji bi istome trebali omogućavati jednostavnost i pristupačnost naplate putovanja. U radu su jasno navedene metode i načini sakupljanja naplate javnog gradskog prijevoza, što je poslužilo kao temelj za uvođenje u analizu dobrih primjera naplate tarifa većih svjetskih gradova, poput Londona, Pariza, Madrida, Berlina, Atene i Rijeke. Također su navedene i prednosti pojedinih sustava naplate u upotrebi.

Abstract (english)

Tariffs in public transport is important to determine, taking into account the welfare providers, and users of public transportation services. Tariff payment systems are an important factor for the customer, as well as payment systems that should allow the same ease and accessibility of collection trips. This thesis clearly indicates the methods and ways of collecting payment of public transport, which served as the basis for the introduction of the analysis of the good examples of tariff collection major world cities such as London, Paris, Madrid, Berlin, Athens and Rijeka. They also listed the advantages of each collection system in use.
