Abstract

Naručivanje paketnih pošiljaka u sustavu Internet poslovanja je vrlo česta pojava te takav način naručivanja preferira sve više korisnika. Povećanom potražnjom i zahtjevima za brzom i pravovremenom isporukom paketnih pošiljaka, prometni se sustav opterećuje. Često se zanemaruje važnost kvalitetnog i organiziranog prometnog sustava koji omogućuje obavljanje svih prometnih zahtjeva. Ovim diplomskim radom istražiti će se utjecaj, potrebe i mjere razvoja sustava gradske logistike s aspekta najvažnijih sudionika u sustavu gradske logistike u gradu Zagrebu, prije svega predstavnika gradske uprave, nevladinih organizacija, građana i logističkih operatera. Posebno će se uzeti u obzir građani kao najranjiviji sudionici u sustavu gradske logistike i utvrditi njihove stavove i prijedloge unapređenja kako bi se smanjenjem negativnih utjecaja gradske logistike povećala kvaliteta življenja.

Abstract (english)

Ordering parcels in Internet business is a very common appearance, and more and more users are prefering this way of ordering parcels. Increased demand and requirements for rapid and timely delivery of parcels, burdens the transport system. The importance of quality and organized transport system is often overlooked. That transport system allows that all of the traffic demand executes in the right way. This thesis will explore the impact, needs and specific measures of the development of the city logistics in terms of the most important participants in the system of city logistics in Zagreb, primarily representatives of city government, non-governmental organizations, citizens and logistics operators. It will particularly consider the citizens as the most vulnerable participants in the system of city logistics and determine their views and suggestions to improve city logistics, in order to reduce the influence of city logistics on the increase of the quality of life.
