Abstract

Nabava sve više postaje strateška funkcija čije se odluke temelje na politici stvaranja vrijednosti i sniţenja ukupnih troškova u lancu opskrbe. Cilj nabave temelji se na dodavanju vrijednosti proizvodima, uslugama i procesima, a sve to kroz poboljšanje same suradnje s dobavljačima te građenju povjerenja. Kako bi se sam proces proizvodnje mogao odvijati potrebno je nabaviti potrebne materijale za proizvodnju. Nabava pri tome ima bitnu ulogu jer je odgovorna za nabavu robe od adekvatnih dobavljača, kontrolu tih materijala te stavljanje robe na raspolaganje proizvodnji.

Abstract (english)

Supply is more and more becoming a strategic function whose decisions are based on the policy of creating value and lowering the total cost in the supply chain. The aim of procurement is based on adding value to products, services and processes, all through the improvement of their own cooperation with suppliers and building trust. In order to allow production process to take place it is necessary to obtain the needed materials for production. In that process purchase has an important role because it is responsible for the procurement of goods from the appropriate suppliers, control of these materials and placing of the goods at the disposal of production.
