Abstract

Zadnjih godina sve više prijevoznih agencija implementira nove sustave informiranja korisnika kako bi zadovoljili sve veće socijalne i političke zahtjeve koji se postavljaju pred njih. U ovom završnom radu govorit će se o dijelu Inteligentnih transportnih sustava (engl. ITS – Intelligent Transport Systems) koji stoji pod nazivom informiranje putnika.
Obradit će se arhitektura samih sustava informiranja korisnika, postojeći sustavi informiranja korisnika, napredni sustavi informiranja korisnika te utjecaji implementacije tih sustava na ponašanje korisnika i sam prometni tok u gradskim područjima.
Cilj samih sustava je odvratiti korisnike od korištenja osobnih vozila i usmjeriti ih prema korištenju javnog gradskog prijevoza u svrhu smanjenja prometnog zagušenja i onečišćenja okoliša. U sklopu ovog rada provedena je i anketa na određenom broju korisnika koja prikazuje njihov pogled na sustave informiranja korisnika.

Abstract (english)

In recent few years more and more transit agencies are implementing new user information systems to meet the social and political requests that are put in front of them. In this bachelor thesis, there will be talked about a part of Intelligent transport systems that is named traveler information.
The sole architecture of user informing systems will be discussed as well as existing traveler information systems, advanced traveler information systems and effects of implementation of this systems on traveler behaviour and traffic flow in the city.
The goal of those systems is to divert users from using personal vehicles and direct them towards using public transportation to reduce of traffic congestion and environmental pollution. Furthermore, a survey has been conducted with certain number of users which shows their view on traveler information systems.
