Abstract

Procesom globalizacije dolazi do značajnih promjena u okviru suvremene logistike i logističkih procesa, zahvaljujući tehnološkom napretku u području informatike i komunikacije. Promjene su vidljive u povećanoj suradnji firmi u cilju podjele poslova, rizika i poslovne odgovornosti te veće specijalizacije poslovnih aktivnosti. Logistički poslovi se prepuštaju specijaliziranim posrednicima – logističkim operaterima. Logistički operater je čimbenik koji uspješno dizajnira i optimizira logističku mrežu koja je sve više integrirana u globalni gospodarski sustav te obavlja razne logističke aktivnosti od točke isporuke do točke primitka i uz minimalno uložene resurse, maksimalno zadovoljava zahtjeve tržišta. Razvojem i specijalizacijom poslovnih aktivnosti vidljiv je i razvoj koncepta logističkog operatera, od 1PL do 5PL operatera koji je usmjeren na osiguravanje potpunih logističkih rješenja cijelog opskrbnog lanca i predstavlja napredni menadžment opskrbnog lanca kao integraciju svih aktivnosti povezanih s tokovima dobara u suvremenim logističkim mrežama.

Abstract (english)

In the process of globalization there have been significant changes in the context of modern logistics and logistics processes, thanks to technological advances in the field of information and communication. The changes are visible in the increased cooperation of companies with the aim of dividing tasks, risk and business responsibilities and greater specialization of business activities. Logistical jobs are left to specialized intermediaries - logistics operators. The logistics operator is a factor that successfully designes and optimizes logistics network that is increasingly integrated into the global economic system and performs a variety of logistics activities from the point of collection to the point of delivery and with minimal resources invested, maximizes market demands. With the development and specialization of business activities, also is shown development of the concept of logistics operators, from 1PL to 5PL operators which is aimed at ensuring the complete logistics solutions for entire supply chain and represents an advanced supply chain management as well as integration of all activities related to the flow of goods in modern logistic networks.
