Abstract

U završnom radu objašnjeni su i prikazani logistički procesi, nositelji istih, te informacijsko-komunikacijski sustavi svakog pojedinog logističkog procesa.Značaj informacijske tehnologije svakog pojedinog logističkog procesa fokus je i temelj ovoga završnoga rada. Na temelju primjera, jedne od navedenih tehnologija u jednom poduzeću, pokušalo se prikazati poboljšanje koje ono donosi. Na kraju kratak osvrt o informacijsko-komunikacijskoj podršci u planiranju logističkih procesa, te njihovoj integraciji.

Abstract (english)

In the final work are explained and presented logistical processes, holders thereof, and information and communication systems of each logistics process. The importance of information technology each logistics process is focus and foundation of this final work. Based on the example, one of these technologies in one company, is attempted to show the improvement that it brings. In the end, a brief review of the information-communication support in the planning of logistics processes and their integration.
