Abstract

Emisije štetnih plinova i buka jedni su od vedih ekoloških problema. Oni su sveprisutni u čovjekovom životu i okolini te bitno utječu na kvalitetu čovjekova života. Štetni ispušni plinovi izravno utječu na čovjekovo zdravlje, posebice na respiratorni sustav, srce i ostale organe. Buka također ima višestruk utjecaj na čovjekovo zdravlje, ovisno o karakteristikama buke i periodu izloženosti. Zakonskim mjerama nastoji se smanjiti negativan utjecaj štetnih tvari i buke kako bi se zaštitilo zdravlje ljudi, povedala kvaliteta života i očuvao okoliš. Pritom se koriste različite zakonske mjere kao primjerice euro norme, naplate penala, uvođenja niskougljičnog javnog prijevoza ili eko vožnje. Svim navedenim mjerama cilj je kontinuiran razvoj mobilnosti uz istovremeno smanjivanje emisije ispušnih plinova, povedanja sigurnosti, smanjenja buke i povedanja energetske učinkovitosti u cestovnom prometu.

Abstract (english)

Emissions and noise are one of the major environmental problems. They are ubiquitous in human life and in the environment, and they significantly affect the quality of human life. Harmful exhaust gases directly affect human health, particularly the respiratory system, heart and other organs. Noise also has multiple effects on human health, depending on the characteristics of the noise and the period of exposure. Legislative measures aim to reduce the negative impacts of pollutants and noise in order to protect human health, improve the quality of life and preserve the environment. Veriety of legal measures are used, such as the Euro norms, payment penalties, the introduction of low-carbon public transport or eco-driving. By all of these measures target is continuous development in mobility with simultaneously exhaust gas reduction, safety increasing and decreasing noise in road transport.
