Abstract

Opskrbni lanac treba razumjeti kao sustav koji omogućuje zadovoljenje potreba potrošača (kupaca), ostvarujući pritom komercijalnu dobit. Koncentracija je na nabavu koja predstavlja skup aktivnosti, mjere i zadatke koji se obavljaju radi kupovanja te fazu proizvodnje koja uključuje proizvođače gotovih proizvoda i identificiranje pouzdanih dobavljača, ali i planiranje metoda za utovar, isporuke i plaćanje. Praktični primjer prikazuje nabavu i proizvodnju u tvrtki LUSH manufaktura d.o.o. koja je dio uspješnog globalnog tima LUSH Fresh Handmade Cosmetics - proizvodnje ručno rađene svježe i prirodne kozmetike, s 20 godina tradicije uspješnog poslovanja i razvoja. U svemu što rade vođeni su njihovom etikom.

Abstract (english)

The supply chain should be understood as a system that ensures the needs of consumers while reaching commercial gain. The concentration is on the purchase which presents activities, measures and tasks that are performed in order to purchase and production phase which includes manufacturers of finished products and identifying reliable suppliers but also planning methods for shipping, delivery and payment. The practical example shows the purchase and production of the company LUSH manufacture Ltd. which is part of successful global team LUSH Fresh Handmade Cosmetics - handmade production of fresh and natural cosmetics, with 20 years of tradition of successful business development. They are guided by their ethics.
