Abstract

Poznavanje performanci logističkih procesa bitno je za pravodobno planiranje svih poslovnih aktivnosti tvrtke. U radu je prikazana analize logističkih procesa tvrtke Mlinar d.d. s naglaskom na proces proizvodnje. Kroz rad je opisano nekoliko simulacijskih alata koji se koriste za simulaciju logističkih procesa. Detaljnije je pojašnjen simulacijski alat ARENA, u kojem je izrađen model simulacije za potrebe ovog rada. Simulacija omogućava prikaz stvarnih procesa u virtualnom okruženju. Zahvaljujući simulaciji brzo se dobiva odgovor na pitanje "Što ako...?". Model je izgrađen na temelju parametara proizvodnog pogona koji su dobiveni od tvrtke. Radi preglednosti i jednostavnosti izvještaji su prikazani slikama i dijagramima. Precizni izvještaji simulacije su veoma korisni za analizu svih procesa i pomažu pri otkrivanju problema u distribucijskom kanalu. Na kraju je dan zaključak kako se uporaba simulacijskog alata može primjeniti za analizu logističkih procesa.

Abstract (english)

Knowing the performance of logistics processes is essential for the timely planning of all business activities of the company. This work presents an analysis of the logistics process, of company Mlinar d.d. with emphasis on the process of manufacture. Through the work is described several simulation tools used for the simulation of logistics processes. Simulation tool ARENA is explained in details,in which simulation model was created for this study. Simulation allows you to see the actual process in a virtual environment. This simulation gives quick answer to the question "What if ...?". The model is built on a production line´s parameters which have been obtained from the company. For the purpose of transparency and simplicity reports have shown pictures and diagrams. Accurate simulation reports are very useful for the analysis of all processes and help in detecting problems in the distribution channel. At the end it can be concluded that the use of simulation tools can be applied to analyze the logistics processes.
