Abstract

Optimizacija voznog parka predstavlja izazov za svako poduzeće, ali pravilnim analiziranjem podataka i korištenjem valjanih informacija ovaj proces se uvelike olakšava. Pristup izradi ovoga rada odvijao se prvotno prikupljanjem potrebnih podataka unutar tvrtke. Prikupljeni su podaci o voznom parku kojim tvrtka trenutno raspolaže te o prijevozima koje je tvrtka obavila u 2023. godini. Nakon toga postojeće podatke trebalo je kategorizirati. Nadalje se moglo pristupiti obradi podatka te izračunu korištenjem matematičkog modela. Iz izračuna su se izvukli zaključci te su predložena rješenja za optimizaciju voznog parka tvrtke. Rješenja su jasno definirana te konkretno objašnjena na koji način se treba pristupiti rješavanju problema.

Abstract (english)

Fleet optimization is a challenge for every company, but by properly analyzing data and using valid information, this process is greatly facilitated. The approach to the creation of this work was initially carried out by collecting the necessary data within the company. Data were collected on the car fleet that the company currently has and on the transports that the company performed in 2023. After that, the existing data had to be categorized. Furthermore, it was possible to access data processing and calculation using a mathematical model. Conclusions were drawn from the calculations and solutions were proposed for the optimization of the company's car fleet. The solutions are clearly defined and specifically explained how to approach solving the problem.
