Abstract

Kontinuirana plovidbenost i Uredba (EU) 1321/2014 koja postavlja zahtjeve za isto je uvelike bitna za zrakoplovnu zajednicu. Kroz godine postojanja uredba i zahtjevi su prošli mnoge izmjene s različitim razlozima. Izmjene su imale određen namjeran utjecaj i stvaran utjecaj u praksi. Analizom izmjena se istražuju oba utjecaja i razlog zbog kojeg su bile potrebne te kakav su imale utjecaj u praksi.

Abstract (english)

Continuing airworthiness and Regulation (EU) 1321/2014 which sets the requirements for the same is of great importance to the aviation community. Over the years, regulations and requirements have undergone many changes for various reasons. The changes had a certain intended impact and a real impact in practice. The analysis of the changes investigates both the impact and the reason why they were necessary and what impact they had in practice.
