Abstract

Prijevozna logistika predstavlja znanstvenu disciplinu i stručnu djelatnost koja se bavi organizacijom i optimizacijom prijevoza robe, a cilj joj je ispunjenje zahtjeva kupaca uz najmanje troškove. Sve veća konkurentnost među tvrtkama zahtijeva da svaka od njih neprestano poduzima aktivnosti koje će pomoći opstanku na sve zahtjevnijem tržištu i učiniti ih konkurentnijima. Abstract (english)

Transport logistics is a scientific discipline and professional activity that deals with the organisation and optimisation of the transportation of goods. Its goal is to fulfill customer needs at the lowest costs. Increasing competition among companies requires that each of them constantly undertakes activities that will help them survive in an increasingly demanding market and make them more competitive. For this reason, companies are forced to optimize their activities, i.e. improve... More their transportation logistics. This thesis investigates the possibilities of optimising the transport logistics processes in the case of a beverage distributor company. A review of possible increases in transport performance was made on the basis of data on logistics operations during the observed period obtained from the company, and the paper analyzes existing conditions and provides possible solutions for improving transport logistics operations.
