Abstract

Transportno osiguranje kao posao međunarodnog špeditera je špediterski posao u
kojem treba voditi računa o poslovima međušpeditera, ugovoru o osiguranju, vrstama
štete i naknadi štete. Svrha špeditera je da oslobodi brige svojeg nalogodavca oko
cjelokupnog posla što se tiče dopreme, otpreme odnosno prijevoza robe, pa tako i
oko osiguranja robe. U osiguranju vrlo je važan i Ugovor o osiguranju kojim završava
pravni odnos osiguranja. Isto tako važna je i stavka naknada štete u osiguranju koja
ovisi o vrsti osiguranja koju osiguratelj ima ili zahtjeva i isplaćuje se nakon nastupa
osiguranog slučaja. Analizom tržišta transportnog osiguranja u Republici Hrvatskoj
prikazan je iznos premije osiguranja, likvidirane štete i iznos likvidiranih šteta.

Abstract (english)

Transport insurance business as an international freight forwarder's business, in
which attention should be paid on freight forwarder's business, insurance contract
and the types of damages and compensation. The purpose of the forwarder is to
release its principal of concerns about the whole deal as far as the delivery, dispatch
or transport of goods, including the insurance of goods. In the ensurance the most
important document is the Insurance contract which ends legal relationship of
insurance. Also important is the item in insurance compensation depending on the
type of insurance that the insurer has or claims, and is paid out after the occurrence
of the insured event. The analysis of transport insurance market in Croatia is shown
in the amount of insurance premiums, claims paid and the amount of claims paid.
