Abstract

U zračnom prometu, sigurnost ima apsolutni prioritet, a jedan od ključnih faktora koji utječu na sigurnost je efikasna komunikacija između kontrolora zračnog prometa i pilota. Točna i jasna radiotelefonska komunikacija (RTF) predstavlja vitalnu komponentu koja osigurava siguran i učinkovit zračni promet. Greške u RTF komunikaciji, bez obzira na njihov izvor, imaju potencijal izazvati ozbiljne incidente i nesreće, stoga je njihovo razumijevanje i suzbijanje od iznimne važnosti. Ovaj završni rad posvećen je detaljnoj analizi RTF komunikacije u kontroliranom području zračnog prometa Zagreb (CTA Zagreb) s ciljem razumijevanja prirode, uzroka i posljedica grešaka u komunikaciji između kontrolora zračnog prometa i pilota.

Abstract (english)

In aviation, safety is the absolute priority, and efficient communication between air traffic controllers and pilots plays a crucial role in achieving this goal. Accurate and clear radiotelephony communication (RTF) is a vital component that ensures safe and efficient air traffic. Errors in RTF communication, regardless of their origin, have the potential to cause serious incidents and accidents, making their understanding and mitigation of paramount importance. This final thesis is dedicated to a detailed analysis of RTF communication in the Zagreb Air Traffic Control Area (CTA Zagreb) with the aim of understanding the nature, causes, and consequences of communication errors between air traffic controllers and pilots.
