Abstract

Ključ sigurnog letenja je upravljanje zrakoplovom, vođenje navigacije i komunikacije. Svi sudionici zračnog prometa dužni su poznavati pravilan način komunikacije i pridržavati ga se. Kako bi se jezične različitosti svih sudionika smanjile na minimum razvila se standardna frazeologija koja se sastoji od mnogobrojnih fraza na engleskom jeziku. Te su fraze, kao i njihov redoslijed te situacije pri kojima se upotrebljavaju, unaprijed propisane. Kao takve pridonose većoj razini sigurnosti i smanjenju nezgoda i nesreća čiji je uzrok bio ili kojemu je pridonio nesporazum u komunikaciji.
Jedan je od ciljeva, prilikom školovanja novih pilota je i učenje primjenjivanja teorije i prakse ispravne komunikacije. S obzirom na to da se radi o studentima pilotima koji su još u fazi usavršavanja vještina komunikacije, pogreške su očekivane te su one predmet analize ovog rada.
U radu su analizirani snimljeni razgovori šestero pilota – studenata tijekom njihovih letova, te utvrđene najčešće rađene pogreške.
Svaka će uočena pogreška smanjiti opasnost od ponavljanja iste, a svaka će pogrešna pogreška pridonijeti opsežnijem znanju pilota te samim time i većoj sigurnosti u zračnom prometu.

Abstract (english)

The key to safe flying is aviating, navigating and communicating. All participants in air transport are obliged to know the proper way of communication and to adhere to it. In order to reduce language differences of the participants to a minimum, a standard phraseology was developed, which consists of numerous phrases in English language. These phrases, as well as their order and the situations in which they are used are prescribed in advance. As such, they contribute to a higher level of safety and to the reduction of accidents and accidents caused or contributed to by misunderstanding.
One of the goals when training new pilots is to learn and apply the theory and practice of correct communication. Given that these are student pilots who are still in the phase of improving their communication skills, errors are expected and are the subject of analysis in this paper.
The paper analyzed the recorded conversations of six student pilots during their flights, and determined the most common errors.
Each observed error will reduce the risk of repeating it, and each corrected error will contribute to a more comprehensive knowledge of pilots and thus to greater safety in air traffic.
