Abstract

Sigurnosti u cestovnom prometu pridodaje se sve veća važnost. Čovjek, vozilo, cesta te promet na cesti i incidentni čimbenik temeljni su čimbenici sigurnosti prometa. Čimbenik čovjek očituje su kroz značajke vozača, psihofizičkim svojstvima te obrazovanju i kulturi. Čimbenik vozilo dijeli se na aktivne i pasivne elemente. Cesta kao čimbenik sigurnosti očituje se kroz brojene tehničke elemente te utjecaj eksploatacije. Procjena razine sigurnosti ceste provodi se kako bi se utvrdili mogući nedostaci te sukladno tome poduzele odgovarajuće mjere. NWA metodologija za procjenu sigurnosti na cijeloj mreži sastoji se od reaktivnog, proaktivnog te integriranog pristupa. Prometne nesreće predstavljaju problem jer imaju značajan udio u ukupnoj smrtnosti, a u isto vrijeme su vodeći uzrok smrtnosti djece i mladih. Procjena razine sigurnosti državne ceste D1 na dionici Pavlovec Zabočki – Jakovlje – Ivanec Bistranski provedena je reaktivnim pristupom.

Abstract (english)

Road safety is becoming more and more important. Man, vehicle, road and traffic on the road and the incident factor are fundamental factors of traffic safety. The human factor manifests itself through driver characteristics, psychophysical properties, education and culture. The vehicle factor is divided into active and passive elements. The road as a safety factor is manifested through numerous technical elements and the impact of exploitation. The assessment of the level of road safety is carried out in order to determine possible deficiencies and take appropriate measures accordingly. The NWA methodology for network wide safety assessment consists of a reactive, proactive and integrated approach. Traffic accidents are a problem because they have a significant share in total mortality, and at the same time they are the leading cause of death for children and young people. The assessment of the safety level of state road D1 on the section Pavlovec Zabočki - Jakovlje - Ivanec Bistranski was carried out using the reactive approach.
