Abstract

Povratna logistika svoju funkciju ostvaruje kroz postojeći opskrbni lanac. Aktivnosti kroz koje se očituje njezino djelovanje su prikupljanje, sortiranje, prerađivanje te ponovna proizvodnja i oporaba. S obzirom na sve brži rast svjetskog gospodarstva i sve veće zahtjeve u kontekstu održivosti, logistika je kao takva nezamjenjiva funkcija. Otpad može u većoj ili manjoj mjeri štetiti okolini u koju se odlaže, naročito ako se to radi na neispravan način. Svrha i cilj ovog diplomskog rada je analizirati novi sustav odlaganja otpada u Gradu Zagrebu te prepoznati najveće nedostatke istog, a za koje će se ponuditi nekoliko rješenja. Također, analizirat će se nekoliko dobrih praksi iz zemalja Europe, koje bi mogle poslužiti kao primjer i prijedlog rješenja problema novog sustava u Zagrebu.

Abstract (english)

Reverse logistics fulfills its function through the existing supply chain. The activities through which its actions are manifested are collection, sorting, processing and reproduction and recovery. Given the increasingly rapid growth of the world economy and the increasing demands in the contex of sustainability, logistics as such i san irreplaceable function. Waste can harm the environment where it is disposed, especially if it's done improperly. The main goal of this master thesis is to analyze the new waste collection and disposal system in the City of Zagreb and to identify its main drawbacks, for which several solutions will be offered. Also, several good practices from European countries will be analyzed, which could serve as an example and a proposal for solving the problems of the new system in Zagreb.
