Digitalna transformacija mijenja način poslovanja ili s druge srane stvara novi način poslovanja. Strategija digitalne transformacije pristup je preoblikovanju poduzeća kako bi se digitalna tehnologija uključila u sve odgovarajuće aspekte. Digitalnu transformaciju karakterizira spajanje naprednih tehnologija i integracija fizičkih i digitalnih sustava. Digital transformation changes the way of doing business or, on the other hand, creates a new way of doing business. A digital transformation strategy is an approach to reshaping a business to include digital technology in all relevant aspects.
