Abstract

Glavna tema ovog rada je analiza upravljanja poslovnim procesima mrežnog operatora pomoću eTOM okvira razvijenog od strane TM Foruma. Počevši od analize ključnih pojmova kao što su sustav, informacijski sustavi i njegovi elementi te njegov značaj u organizacijskom kontekstu, rad dalje analizira upravljanje poslovnim procesima, a poseban naglasak stavlja na TM Forum alate. Analizirana je primjena eTOM okvira u upravljanju poslovnim procesima na radu sustava za upravljanje korisnicima. Ovaj rad ističe stratešku važnost primjene eTOM okvira za efikasno upravljanje poslovnim procesima u telekomunikacijskoj industriji.

Abstract (english)

The main topic of this paper is the analysis of the network operator's business process management using the eTOM framework developed by the TM Forum. Starting with the analysis of key concepts such as system, information systems and its elements and its significance in the organizational context, the paper further analyzes the business processes management, with special emphasis on TM Forum tools. The application of the eTOM framework in the business processes management in the context of the user management system was analyzed. This paper highlights the strategic importance of applying the eTOM framework for efficient management of business processes in the telecommunications industry.
