Abstract

Logistički sustavi nastoje zadovoljiti potrebe krajnjih korisnika i to čine putem opskrbnog lanca koji ima svoje faze djelovanja. U opskrbnom lancu se odvijaju logistički procesi koji se planiraju određenim metodama planiranja logističkih procesa. Ovisno o načinu poslovanja, tvrtke biraju prilagođene metode planiranja logističkih procesa čijom primjenom se ostvaruju ekonomska dobit i povećanje broja zadovoljnih korisnika.

Abstract (english)

Logistics systems strive to meet the needs of end users and do so through a supply chain that it has own stages of operation. Logistics processes take place in the supply chain and are planned using certain methods of planning logistics processes. Depending on the way of doing business, companies choose customized methods of planning logistics processes, which their use results in economic profit and an increase in the number of satisfied users.
