Abstract

U ovom radu predstavljen je proces prelaska izvođenja cjelokupnog studijskog programa s tradicionalnog oblika nastave na online nastavu. Predstavljene su metode e-učenja te koje su mogućnost, ali i izazovi postavljeni pred takvim oblikom učenja i nastave. Koji su tehničko-tehnološki zahtjevi za isporukom usluge nastave organizirane u potpunosti na daljinu i kakvo je trenutno stanje širokopojasnog pristupa Internetu u Republici Hrvatskoj. Detaljno su opisani zahtjevi korisnika usluge nastave na daljinu, čimbenici koji utječu na kvalitetu usluge, mrežni zahtjevi te koji se korisnički problemi javljaju u nastavi na daljinu. Provedeno je istraživanje utjecaja kvalitete isporučene usluge nastava na daljinu na zadovoljstvo studenata te je prikazana metodologija prikupljanja podataka i analiza prikupljenih podataka.

Abstract (english)

This paper presents the process of transitioning the execution of the entire study program from the traditional form of teaching to online teaching. The methods of e-learning are presented, which are the possibilities, but also the challenges posed to this form of learning and teaching. What are the technical and technological requirements for the delivery of teaching services organized entirely remotely and what is the current state of broadband Internet access in the Republic of Croatia. The requirements of users of the distance learning service, the factors affecting the quality of the service, the network requirements and the user problems that arise in distance learning are described in detail. Research was conducted on the impact of the quality of the delivered distance learning service on student satisfaction, and the data collection methodology and analysis of the collected data.
