Abstract

U završnom radu su pojašnjene sličnosti i razlike između zaliha rezervnih dijelova i ostalih vrsta proizvoda kao i posebnosti u planiranju njihovih zaliha i karakteristike potražnje. Nadalje, opisani su načini planiranja zaliha rezervnih dijelova s naglaskom na dijelove osobnih automobila. Analizom je istaknuta problematika same nabave rezervnih dijelova i držanje njihovih zaliha na primjeru iz realnog sektora. Opisano je trenutno stanje i trendovi unutar autoindustrije i kako utječu na planiranje zaliha rezervnih dijelova.

Abstract (english)

In this final paper the similar it is and differences between the inventories of spare parts and other types of products, as well as the specifics of planning the inventories and demand characteristics, are clarified. It also describes the options for planning spare parts inventories, with a focus on passenger car parts. The analysis, which was carried out using data from the real sector, illustrates the problem of spare parts procurement and stocking. The current status and trends in the automotive industry are described and how they affect spare parts inventory planning.
