Abstract

Skladišta robe su danas neizostavni element distribucijske mreže te njihov broj, struktura i kapaciteti izravno utječu na troškove distribucije, rokove isporuke, ispravnost robe koja mora stići od točke A do točke B, neoštećena, u pravo vrijeme, na pravo mjesto u točnoj količini. Susrećemo se sa sve većim obujmom i vrstama robe koju treba dopremiti, te neke vrste tereta kao naprimjer nafta, kemikalije koje pripadaju opasnom teretu zahtijevaju poseban način skladištenja i prijevoza te samim time... More i posebnu strukturu skladišta u koja će se sigurno pohraniti i pripremiti za otpremu. Analizom tržišta skladišnih kapaciteta opasnog tereta ustanovljeno je da svaka tvrtka, bilo ona logistička ili ne, koristi neki oblik skladišta za pohranu tereta te prostori u kojima se pohranjuje teret su od velike važnosti kako bi se zadovoljila potražnja kupca koji taj isti teret naručuje. Warehouses of goods are today an indispensable element of the distribution network and their number, structure and capacity directly affect the distribution costs, delivery times, the correctness of goods that must arrive from point A to point B undamaged at the right time, in the right place in the right quantity.
