Abstract

Stanje Hrvatskih željeznica trenutno nije onakvo kakvo priliči željeznici države koja je članica Europske unije. U ovom radu opisano je postojeće stanje voznog parka Hrvatskih željeznica. Obrađena je i proučena prometna potražnja, kako u gradsko-prigradskom, tako i u regionalnom željezničkom putničkom prometu. Navedeni su ciljevi i moguća rješenja trenutno lošeg stanja HŽ-a. Predstavljeni su elektromotorni i dizel-motorni vlakovi koji su dio voznog parka Hrvatskih željeznica, te njihove tehničke karakteristike i njihova upotreba na željezničkoj mreži. Navedene su neke od najvećih svjetskih tvrtki za proizvodnju željezničkih vozila te motorni vlakovi proizvedeni u tim tvrtkama.

Abstract (english)

Condition of Croatian Railways is not as it is supposed to be in the state that is a member of the European Union. This piece of work describes the current state of the fleet of the Croatian Railways. Traffic demand is treated and studied in both urban and suburban, as well as in regional rail passenger transport. Here are the goals and possible solutions to the current poor state of Croatian Railways. Electric and diesel - engine trains that are part of the fleet of the Croatian Railways are mentioned in this study, as well as their technical characteristics and their use on the rail network. Some of the world's largest companies for the production of railway vehicles and motor trains manufactured by these companies are featured in this work.
