Abstract

U poslovanju današnjih poduzeća nezaobilazan dio su zalihe te upravljanje njima. Kako bi poslovanje teklo nesmetano i kako bi se u svakom trenutku zadovoljila potražnja potrebno je uvijek na zalihama imati dovoljne količine robe. U ovom završnom radu opisano je planiranje zaliha rezervnih dijelova s osvrtom na realni sektor, odnosno automobilsku industriju. Među brojnim proizvođačima automobila postoje i brojni dijelovi automobila od kojih su izdvojeni neki najčešći koje servisne koriste radionice u svrhu popravka. Sam predviđeni vijek trajanja spomenutih dijelova automobila od strane proizvođača uz predviđanje potražnje na temelju poslovanja u prošlim vremenskim razdobljima pomaže rukovodstvu servisnih radionica u planiranju potrebnih zaliha rezervnih dijelova.

Abstract (english)

In today's business world, important part is inventory planning. Companies must be prepared to please needs of their customers in every single moment so they always must have enough goods in their inventory. In this final work, spare parts inventory planning reviewing statistics in car industry is being analyzed. Since there is a lot of car manufacturers in the world, there is also a lot of car parts and some of them which are most used in service workshops will be showed as an example. Predicted lifetime of spare parts which is given by the manufacturer and projected demand for spare parts helps to service workshops to plan and organize their inventory for a certain period of time.
