Abstract

Prognoziranje obuhvaća skupinu općeprihvaćenih metoda koje se koriste u svrhu predviđanja razvoja određene industrije te potencijalnih ishoda situacija. U ovom završnom radu su opisane različite vrste metoda, kvanitiativne i kvalitativne te njihove podvrste, koje se koriste u svrhu prognoziranja razvoja zrakoplovne industrije pod utjecajem krize Covid -19. Metode uključuju različite modele koji oponašaju načine razvoja situacije. Također je grafički prikazano nepodudaranje rezultata dobivenih korištenim metodama i stvarne situacije prouzrokovane krizom Covid – 19 te su objašnjene i predložene metode koje bi bile prilagođenije predviđanju i takvih nepredvidivih situacija. Navedene su i mjere te upute o postupanju u odnosu na Covid-19 krizu za oporavak i ponovno pokretanje zrakoplovne industrije, dane od strane ICAO-a pod nazivom ICAO CART.

Abstract (english)

Forecasting includes a set of generally accepted methods used to predict the development of a particular industry and the potential outcomes of the situation. This final paper describes different types of methods, quantitative and qualitative, and their subtypes, which are used for the purpose of forecasting the development of the aviation industry under the influence of the Covid -19 crisis. The methods include different models that mimic the ways the situation develops. The discrepancy between the results of the obtained methods and the actual situation caused by the Covid - 19 crisis is shown on the graph, and the methods that would be adapted to forecasting and such unpredictable situations are explained and proposed. Measures and guidance on how to deal with the Covid-19 crisis for the recovery and relaunch of the aviation industry by ICAO under the name ICAO CART are also provided.
