Abstract

Optimiranje upravljanja voznim parkom predstavlja područje u kojem postoje velike mogućnosti optimizacije u vidu smanjenja prijevoznih troškova. Na upravljanje voznim parkom utječu sljedeći čimbenici: potražnja za transportnim uslugama, upravljanje radom vozila i upravljanje radnim vremenima mobilnih radnika. Treba još spomenuti da važnu ulogu ima i održavanje vozila. Razvoj telekomunikacijskih tehnologija pozitivno utječe na upravljanje voznim parkom, jer rukovodeći ljudi u transportnim tvrtkama na raspolaganju imaju softvere koji im olakšavaju posao. Problem optimalnog usmjeravanja vozila i distribucije robe prikazan je na primjeru iz prakse. Za taj problem korištene su računske metode i programski alati. Analizom dobivenih rješenja utvrđeni su iznosi ušteda u distribuciji robe na promatranom području.

Abstract (english)

Optimization of fleet management is an area where there are great opportunities for optimization, in the form of reduce transport costs. Influence on the fleet management have the following factors: demand for transport services, management of vehicles working operations and working hours of drivers. Also it should be noted that an important role has maintenance of vehicles. The development of telecommunications technology has a positive effect on fleet management, because people in the transport companies have access to the softwares which make their job easier. The vehicle routing problem and the distribution of the goods is presented on the example from practice. For solving this problem were used the calculation methods and software tools. Analyzing the obtained solutions have been defined cost savings in the distribution of goods in the observed area.
