U ovom radu se obrađuje pojam elektroničke trgovine, njegove značajke poslovanja i njegov utjecaj na prijevozne procese. Zbog aktualnosti interneta sve više poduzeća svoje poslovanje okreće prema e-trgovini, pa zbog toga internet trgovine bilježe rast prodaje što znači da ima sve više korisnika koji koriste e-trgovinu. This paper deals with the concept of electronic commerce, its business characteristics and its impact on transport processes. Due to the topicality of the Internet, more and more companies are turning their business to e-commerce, which is why online stores are recording sales growth, which means that there are more and more users who use e-commerce.
