Abstract

Nabava predstavlja jedan od osnovnih procesa u poslovanju poduzeća. S aspekta funkcija što ih sadrži, pod nabavom u užem smislu podrazumijeva se odvijanje operativnih poslova u procesu pribavljanja objekata nabave. Nabava u širem smislu obavlja uz operativne i strategijske zadatke koji su podloga sniženja troškova nabavljanja i zbrinjavanja otpadaka te učinkovitijeg operativnog poslovanja nabave i cijelog sustava. U ovom radu će biti prikazana primjena određenih metoda prilikom procesa nabave, a sve u svrhu smanjenja troškova procesa nabave te kako i na koji način se odvija proces nabave u poduzeću. Cilj ovog rada je primjenom metoda kao što su ABC-XYZ analiza, vrednovanje dobavljača prema različitim kriterijima, metoda prognoza potražnje i ekonomska količine nabave, analizirati sustav nabave u poduzeću te predložiti moguća poboljšanja.

Abstract (english)

Procurement is one of the basic processes in a company's business. From the aspect of the functions that contain them, procurement in the narrower sense means the conduct of operational activities in the process of acquiring procurement facilities. Procurement in a broader sense is performed in addition to operational and strategic tasks that are the basis for reducing the cost of procurement and disposal of waste and efficient operational operations of procurement and the entire system. This paper will present the application of certain methods during the procurement process, all in order to reduce the costs of the procurement process and how and in what way the procurement process takes place in the company. The aim of this paper is an application method such as ABC-XYZ analysis, evaluation of suppliers according to different criteria, method of forecasting demand and economic quantity of procurement, analysis of the procurement system in the company that proposed possible improvements.
