U ovom radu prikazan je proces donošenja odluke na studiji slučaja „Neostar usluge automobilskog servisa“. Odlučivanje je misaoni proces podijeljen na pet faza te je temeljno objašnjen sa teorijskog gledišta, a zatim je prikazan na konkretnom primjeru.
