Abstract

Ubrzan razvoj cestovnog prometa, osim pozitivnih učinaka na razvoj gospodarstva, ima i niz negativnih. Jedan od negativnih učinaka su prometne nesreće, odnosno broj poginulih, koji ukazuje na stanje sigurnosti cestovnog prometa. U svrhu povećanja sigurnosti cestovnog prometa, nužno je identificirati opasna mjesta i sanirati ista. Identifikacija opasnih mjesta provedena je na temelju podataka o prometnim nesrećama, na području grada Velike Gorice, koji su dobiveni od Ministarstva unutarnjih poslova Republike Hrvatske. Nakon detaljno provedene analize dobivenih lokacija, dan je prijedlog mjera za povećanje razine sigurnosti na promatranom području.

Abstract (english)

Accelerated development of road traffic, in addition to the positive effects on economic development, has a number of negative ones. One of the negative effects is traffic accidents, ie the number of fatalities, which indicates the state of road safety. In order to increase road safety, it is necessary to identify and rehabilitate dangerous places. The identification of dangerous places was carried out on the basis of data on traffic accidents in the area of the city of Velika Gorica, which were obtained from the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Croatia.. After the detailed analysis for the obtained locations, a proposal of measures to increase the level of security in the observed area was given.
