Abstract

Fotogrametrija podrazumijeva vještinu, odnosno znanost i tehnologiju dobivanja pouzdanih kvantitativnih informacija o fizičkim objektima na Zemlji i okolišu, procesom zabilježbe, mjerenja, analiziranja i interpretacije fotografskih snimaka i scena elektromagnetskog zračenja dobivenih senzorskim sustavima. Primjenjuje se u različitim poslovima, kao u topografskom kartiranju, arhitekturi, inžinjerstvu, konzerviranju restauriranju, policiji, geodeziji, ekologiji, medicini, rudarstvu, građevini, te u meteorologiji kod utvrđivanja brzine kretanja tornada, kada uobičajene meteorološke metode to ne omogućavaju. Cilj ovog istraživanja je provesti usporedbu performansi često korištenih otvorenih fotogrametrijskih alata. Svrha istraživanja je odrediti koji fotogrametrijski alat najpreciznije i najbrže vrši rekonstrukciju terena temeljem snimaka iz zraka.

Abstract (english)

Photogrammetry includess the skill, or science and technology of obtaining reliable quantitative information about physical objects on Earth and the environment, the process of recording, measuring, analyzing and interpreting photographic images and scenes of electromagnetic radiation obtained by sensor systems. It is used in various jobs, such as topographic mapping, architecture, engineering, conservation, restoration, police, geodesy, ecology, medicine, mining, construction, and meteorology in determining the speed of tornadoes, when conventional meteorological methods do not allow it. The aim of this research is to conduct a performance comparison of frequently used open source photogrammetric software. The purpose of the research is to determine which photogrammetric software performs the most accurate and fastest reconstruction of the terrain based on aerial images.
