Abstract

Telekomunikacijski operatori korisnicima omogućuju širok spektar informacijsko-komunikacijskih usluga. S obzirom na konkurenciju na tržištu interesantno je prikazati način isporuke informacijsko-komunikacijskih usluga te korake u nastajanju TV paketa. Za potrebe prikaza istražen je izgled pristupne i jezgrene mreže realnog telekomunikacijskog operatora, analizirano TV tržište te tehnologije distribucije TV signala. Također, istražene su metode istraživanja tržišta te prikazano kako u stvarnosti realan telekomunikacijski operator analizira tržište. Primjenom navedenih podataka utvrđeno je stanje na tržištu te prikazan pogled u budućnost IPTV usluge na hrvatskom TV tržištu.

Abstract (english)

Telecommunications and internet service providers enable users a wide range of ICT services. Due to market competition it is interesting to present ways of delivery of ICT services and steps needed for creating TV packages. In order to present above mentioned, it is necessary to research the appearance of access and core network of a specific telecommunications and internet service provider, further more analyze TV market and distribution technologies of TV signals. It is also important to explore the methods of market research and to show how a specific telecommunications and internet service provider analyzes current market situation. Using the above data, the current state of the market is determined and presented the possible development of IPTV services on Croatian TV market in the future.
