Abstract

U ovom radu se obrađuje pojam elektroničke trgovine, njegove značajke poslovanja i njegov utjecaj na kanale distribucije. Ujedno se uspoređuje kanal distribucije e-trgovine s konvencionalnim kanalima distribucije. Prikazuju se trendovi kupovine putem interneta koji je danas postao najbrži i često najjeftiniji način kupovine nekog proizvoda, kako u cijeloj Europi, tako i u Hrvatskoj. Internet trgovina je omogućila pojavu virtualnih prodavaonica i novog, virtualnog tržišta koje ne poznaje granice. Kao taj primjer se obrađuje pojam dropshipping. Istražuju se strategije razvoja transportne logistike u Republici Hrvatskoj za potrebe elektroničkog poslovanja i elektroničke trgovine. S time, u svezi je uzet primjer iz Hrvatske pošte, odjel Žuti klik.

Abstract (english)

This paper deals with the concept of electronic commerce, its business characteristics and its influence on distribution channels. It also compares the distribution channel by ecommerce impact with ordinary distribution channels. Showing online shopping trends, which has become the fastest and often the cheapest way to buy a product today, both across Europe and in Croatia. E-commerce has enabled the emergence of virtual stores and a new, virtual market that knows no boundaries. Dropshipping is treated as an example. Strategies for the development of transport logistics in the Republic of Croatia for the purposes of e-commerce and e-commerce are explored. In this regard, an example from the Croatian Post, the Yellow Click department, is taken.
