Abstract

Plasiranje novih proizvoda na tržište jedan je od ključnih elemenata kojima tvrtke osiguravaju svoju poziciju na tržištu, a samim time pokušavaju ostvariti konkurentsku prednost. Prilikom plasiranja novih proizvoda na tržište javlja se potreba za predviđanjem potražnje u svrhu optimizacije proizvodnih, a samim time i distributivnih procesa. Najčešće korišteni pristup prilikom predviđanja potražnje za novim proizvodima je kvalitativni pristup. On se oslanja na intuiciju i iskustvo prognostičara.... More U ovom radu prikazat će se kompleksnost predviđanja potražnje za novim proizvodima, a to se odnosi na prikupljanje i obradu podataka, donošenje odluka, uključivanja svih relevantnih sudionika procesa radi prikupljanja i dijeljenja informacija te utjecaj predviđanja potražnje na organizaciju ili funkcioniranje lanca opskrbe. U radu će se koristiti podaci i informacije dobivene od tvrtke L'Oreal Adria Balkan u svrhu prikaza utjecaja predviđanja za novim proizvodima na funkcioniranje lanca opskrbe. Less

Placing new products on the market is one of the key elements by which companies secure their position and they seek to gain a competitive advantage on the market. When placing new products on the market, there is a need to anticipate forecasting for the purpose of optimizing production and therefore distribution processes.
