Abstract

U ovom završnom radu analizirani su sporazumi između zračnih prijevoznika. Sklapanje sporazuma i međukompanijska suradnja doživjeli su iznimno brzi rast. Međukompanijski sporazumi predstavljaju temeljne značajke tradicionalnog modela poslovanja. Sporazumi zračnih prijevoznika pridonose pozitivnom i uspješnom poslovanju. Između ostalih, najvažniji i najzastupljeniji sporazumi su code share, joint venture, specijalni proratni sporazum, te sporazum o međusobnom priznavanju prijevoznih dokumenata.... More U radu su opisani navedeni sporazumi, te su navedene i analizirane njihove pozitivne i negativne stavke. Na suradnju zračnih prijevoznika utječu tržište, zakoni i tehnološki uvjeti. Zračni prijevoznici iz godine u godinu sklapaju sve veći broj sporazuma s drugim prijevoznicima s ciljem obostrane koristi, te nastojanjem ispunjenja zahtjeva i zadovaljavanjem korisnika. Abstract (english)

In this final work agreements between airlines are analyzed. Agreements and cooperation among airlines have experienced extremly rapid growth. Agreements between airlines are fundamental features of the traditional bussines model. Agreements between airlines contribute to positive and successful business. Among others, the most important and most represented agreements are code share, joint venture, special prorate agreement and interline traffic agreement. This final work describes these... More agreements, and lists and analyzes their positive and negative items. The cooperation of airlines is influenced by the market, laws and technological conditions. From year to year, airlines enter into increasing number of agreements with other carriers with the aim of mutual benefit, by striving to meet the requirements and satisfy the users.
