Abstract

Kod raskrižja, bilo da se radi o trokrakom, četverokrakom ili kružnom raskrižju, zbog prometnih radnji i mogućih konfliktnih točaka koje se pojavljuju uslijed spajanja, razdvajanja, križanja i preplitanja, često zbog smanjenje sigurnosti dolazi do prometnih nezgoda te smanjenja propusne moći. Kako bi se ti faktori povećali, prometno raskrižje treba voditi sa što manjim brojem konfliktnih točaka. Smanjenje konfliktnih točaka može se dobiti na način vođenja raskrižja pomoću kružnog raskrižja sa spiralnim tokom kružnog kolnika. Turbo kružno raskrižje koje je ujedno i tema ovog rada u odnosu na klasična kružna raskrižja ima odvojene prometne trakove unutar raskrižja čime umanjuje mogućnosti konfliktnih točaka vozila unutar i vozila koja ulaze u samo raskrižje. U radu su detaljno opisane njegove učinkovitosti, prednosti, nedostaci te samo planiranje i projektiranje turbo kružnih raskrižja kao i potrebna horizontalna i vertikalna signalizacija.

Abstract (english)

At an intersection, whether it is a three-lane, four-lane or a roundabout, due to traffic actions and possible points of conflict that occur because of mergers, separations, intersections and intertwining the safety is reduced which results in frequent traffic accidents and traffic jams. In order to increase these factors, the traffic intersection should be run with as few points of conflict as possible. Reduction of conflict points can be obtained by guiding the intersection by means of a roundabout with a spiral flow of the roundabout. The turbo roundabout, which is also the topic of this paper in relation to classic roundabout, has separate traffic lanes within the intersection, which reduces the possibility of conflicting points of vehicles inside of the roundabout and the vehicles just entering it. The paper describes in detail its efficiencies, advantages, disadvantages and the planning and design of turbo roundabout as well as the required horizontal and vertical signalization.
