Rad na daljinu je koncept prema kojem zaposlenik može obavljati posao izvan ureda korištenjem potrebne opreme. Prethodno je predstavljao alternativu radu u uredu i nije se toliko koristio. Temeljem analize podataka dobivenih istraživanjem došlo se do najvažnijih spoznaja vezanih za učestalost poteškoća koje se mogu pojaviti u korištenju videokonferencije. Abstract (english)

Telecommuting represents a concept that gives an opportunity to an employee to do their job outside the office using all necessary equipment. Previously it was one of the alternatives in comparison to working from the office and it was not used too often. The main trigger for mass use of telecommuting arose when the global pandemic of COVID 19 struck the world in 2020. One of the main elements for most of the jobs is video conferencing. More experience by using videoconferencing platforms combining already known parameters for Quality of Service (QoS) and subjective value of the survey participants in regards to a frequency of specific quality degradation on the scale from 1 to 5. On the basis of data analysis assembled during the research phase it will show which quality degradation rate can occur during use of videoconferencing. After checking all available sources, main advantages and disadvantages of telecommuting were presented together with recommendations and guidelines provided to ensure the best possible service with the lowest error rate in given conditions.
