Abstract

Globalizacija i razvoj gospodarstva u cjelini utjecao je i na logistiku odnosno doveo je do promjena u poslovanju na način da su se logističke tvrtke okrenule outsourcingu sa ciljem povećanja konkurentnosti i smanjenju troškova. U diplomskom radu obrađena je tematika prijevozne logistike i outsourcing-a. U uvodnom dijelu navedene su značajke prijevozne logistike i dan je pregled procesa pružanja prijevozne usluge uz kratki prikaz outsourcing-a u logistici. U sljedećem poglavlju prikazan je postupak odabira vanjskog davatelja prijevozne usluge na primjeru logističke tvrtke. U sljedeća dva poglavlja prikazane su mogućnosti za poboljšanje postojećeg postupka odabira vanjskog davatelja prijevozne usluge te su prijedlozi za poboljšanje provedeni u praksi uz prikaz rezultata.

Abstract (english)

Globalization and the development of the economy affected logistics in such a way that logistics companies turned to outsourcing, as a change in business, with the aim of increasing competitiveness and reducing costs. The graduate thesis deals with the topic of transport logistics and outsourcing. The opening part lists the features of transport logistics and provides an overview of the process of providing transport services with a brief overview of outsourcing in logistics. The next chapter shows the procedure for selecting an external transport service provider on the example of a logistics company. The next two chapters present the possibilities for improving the existing procedure for selecting an external transport service provider and the suggestions for improvement have been implemented in practice with a presentation of the results.
