Abstract

Dobavljač je dio opskrbnog lanca čija je uloga osigurati opskrbu za proizvođače i distributere koji imaju direktan odnos sa veleprodajom, maloprodajom i krajnjim potrošačem. U radu će se prikazati poslovni procesi i razina implementacije povratne logistike poduzeća na području RH s naglaskom na aktivnosti dobavljača, njihova usporedba te prikaz njihovih nedostataka. Povratni procesi dobavljača mogu se promatrati kroz međuodnose između korisnika i poslovnice, poslovnice i dobavljača odnosno LDC-a, odjela za servis i dobavljača te LDC-a i vanjskog dobavljača kao što je prikazano u radu. Svaki od navedenih međuodnosa detaljno je prikazan, opisan i analiziran. Temeljem analize dostupnih podataka dati će se niz prijedloga za poboljšanje promatranog sustava.

Abstract (english)

The supplier is part of the supply chain whose role is to secure procurement for the manufacturers and distributors who are directly related to wholesale, retail and final consumers. This paper will present the business processes and the level of return logistics in companies of the Republic of Croatia with a focus on the activities of suppliers, their comparison and presentation of their shortcomings. Return process can be observed through interrelationships between customer-store, store-supplier or LDC, service department-supplier and LDC – external suppliers. Each of these relationships is described and analyzed in detail. Based on the analysis of available data, suggestions will be given for improving the observed system.
