Abstract

Logistički procesi i opskrbni lanac mogu se shvatiti kao neophodni čimbenici nužni za odvijanje i upravljanje maloprodajnim lancima. Tijekom planiranja logističkih procesa, svaki element zavisi jedan o drugom te je prilikom izmjene informacija ključna komunikacija za izbjegavanja pogrešaka koje mogu doprinijeti zastoju ili raspadu opskrbnog lanca, kojem je svrha zadovoljiti kupaca i ostvariti komercijalnu dobit.

Abstract (english)

Logistic processes and supply chains can be understood as essential elements, necessary for running and commanding with retail stores. During the planning of logistic processes, every element is depending one of another, and when exchanging information the key is communication for avoiding errors which can bring delays and dissolution of supply chains, which purpose is customer satisfaction and commercial profit.
