Abstract

Logistički procesi odvijaju se unutar logističkih sustava, koji se mogu definirati kao prostorno‐vremenska transformacija dobara. Planiranje logističkih procesa nije ograničeno samo na planiranje proizvodnje, transporta ili distribucije, već pokriva logističke procese sa svim elementima, pa tako i predviđanjem i planiranjem potražnje. Prilikom planiranja logističkih procesa najveću prepreku predstavlja kompleksnost i samostalnost svakog od elemenata jer ih je potrebno samostalno planirati i proučavati. Predviđanje i planiranje potražnje je jednostrani proces koji koristi statističke podatke i matematičke funkcije te omogućuje planiranje samo potencijalne potražnje kupaca, a ne i one koja se može proizvesti u tom razdoblju. Na primjeru poslovanja tvrtke Euro-Alfa d.o.o. koja se bavi logistikom analizirani su statistički podatci te istaknute promjene u količinama kod perioda povećane potražnje u sustavu.

Abstract (english)

Logistics processes take place within logistics systems, which can be defined as the spatial-temporal transformation of goods. Planning logistics process is not limited to production, transport or distribution planning, but covers logistics processes with all elements, including demand forecasting and planning. When planning logistics processes, the biggest obstacle is the complexity and independence of each of the elements because they need to be independently planned and studied. Demand forecasting and planning is a one-side process that uses statistics and mathematical functions and allow you to plan only potential customer demand, not that that can be produced in that period. For example, the business of Euro-Alfa d.o.o. which deals with logistics, statistical data were analyzed, as well as prominent changes in quantities during the period of increased demand in the system.
