Abstract

Broj vozila u opticaju je diljem svijeta u konstantom rastu, no prometna infrastruktura se u većini slučajeva ne može prilagođavati tom rastu fizičkim preinakama u veličini. Iz tog razloga je potrebno razvijati inteligentna rješenja koja mogu iskoristiti postojeću infrastrukturu na optimalan način. More cilj bio izraditi neizraziti sustav adaptivnog upravljanja raskrižjem koji će umanjiti vrijeme putovanja svih vozila te pružiti prioritetni prolazak za vozila žurne službe. U radu je izrađen neizraziti upravljački sustav za adaptivno upravljanje signalnim planovima. Utjecaj na signalni plan je u vidu promjene redoslijeda faza i njihovog trajanja. U upravljački sustav je također ugrađena i osjetljivost na blizinu vozila žurne službe sa ciljem da propusti to vozilo pomoću intervencija na signalnom planu. Upravljački sustav je dodatno optimiran genetskim algoritmom kako bi se dodatno umanjilo vrijeme koje sva vozila i vozila žurne službe provode putujući kroz prometnu mrežu. Rad upravljačkog sustava je testiran u mikroskopskom prometnom simulatoru PTV VISSIM te je sami upravljački sustav izrađen u programskom paketu MATLAB. Evaluacija rada sustava je pokazala da su ispunjeni ciljevi optimizacije te da upravljački sustav uspješno smanjuje prosječne duljine repova čekanja i vremena putovanja vozila. Less

Abstract (english)

The number of vehicles in circulation around the world is continuously increasing, but the traffic infrastructure mostly cannot adapt to this increase with physical changes in size. Thus, it is necessary to develop intelligent solutions that can optimally use the existing infrastructure. That is the idea of adaptive traffic control. In traffic management, there is often a need to meet multiple objectives, as was the case with this work. This thesis aims to develop a fuzzy adaptive signal... More controller that can reduce the travel time of all vehicles and provide priority of passage to emergency vehicles. A fuzzy control system is designed for adaptive control of signal programs. The impact on the signal program is given in the form of a change in the order of the signal phases and their corresponding duration. The controller also has a built-in sensitivity to the proximity of the emergency service vehicle to give the right to pass to that vehicle employing signal program interventions. The controller is further optimized by a genetic algorithm to reduce the time that all vehicles and emergency vehicles spend traveling through the traffic network. The operation of the fuzzy signal controller was tested in the microscopic traffic simulator PTV VISSIM and the controller itself was implemented in the software package MATLAB. The evaluation of the system's operation showed that the optimization goals were met and that the fuzzy control system successfully reduced the average queue lengths and vehicle travel times. Less
