Abstract

U ovom radu prikazana je primjena višedimenzionalne Erlangove-B formule koja je ključna pri dodjeli kanala pojedinoj klasi poziva, kako bi se lakše moglo upravljati kapacitetima u ćelijskoj mreži. Proces planiranja ćelija postaje ključna komponenta pri planiranju kapaciteta i pokrivenosti ćelije. Jedan od ciljeva rada bio je napraviti računalnu aplikaciju koja računa vjerojatnosti blokiranja pojedine klase poziva, a da bi taj izračun bio moguć bilo je potrebno generirati vrijednosti vremena... Abstract (english)

This paper presents the application of the multidimensional Erlang-B formula, which is crucial in assigning channels to a particular class of call, so that capacity in the cellular network can be more easily managed. The cell planning process becomes a key component in capacity planning and cell coverage. One of the goals of the paper was to create a computer application that calculates the probabilities of blocking a particular class of call, and for this calculation to be possible it was...
