Abstract

U ovome radu napravljena je analiza kvalitete usluge u mobilnim mrežama treće generacije. Detaljno je objašnjena arhitektura mobilne mreže treće generacije te značajke koje omogućuju pružanje usluga korisnicima. Definiran je pojam kvalitete usluge i parametri kvalitete usluge na temelju kojih se njena razina mjeri. Analizirani su zahtjevi pojedinih aplikacija za kvalitetom usluge te su definirane klase po kojima su razne vrste usluga raspoređene. Na samom kraju, opisani su mehanizmi pomoću kojih se osigurava kvaliteta usluge u mobilnim mrežama treće generacije.

Abstract (english)

The thesis analyzes the quality of service in third generation mobile networks. The architecture of the third generation mobile network and the features that make it possible to provide customer service are explained in detail. The thesis defines service quality and the parameters by which the level of service is measured. The requirements for quality of service of individual applications are analyzed, and the standards according to which different types of services are allocated are defined.Finally, the thesis describes mechanisms to ensure the quality of service in third generation mobile networks.
