Abstract

Ubrzani razvoj logistike, kao i sve složeniji logistički procesi, od poduzeća zahtijevaju razvoj novih usluga dodane vrijednosti kako bi zadržali postojeće ali i privukli nove korisnike logističkih usluga, te poboljšali svoj položaj na tržištu. Budući da se broj logističkih procesa povećava, te oni postaju sve više kompleksni, važno je cielokupni sustav držati pod kontrolom. Kontrolom sustava, ali i svih pojedinih elemenata, eliminiraju se mogućnosti stvaranja uskih grla, te sustav biva pouzdan što privlači nove korisnike i osigurava konkurentnost na tržištu logističkih usluga Iz tih razloga poduzeća se odlučuju primjenom simulacijskih alata doći do rješenja problema nastalih u realnom sustavu. Simulacijski alati omogućavaju da se problemi u realnom sustavu riješe relativno jeftino, brzo i efikasno.

Abstract (english)

Accelerated logistics development as well as increasingly complex logistical processes from enterprises require the development of new value-added services in order to keep existing but also attract new users of logistic services and improve their market position. Since the number of logistic processes increase and become more complex, it is important to keep the entire system under control. By controlling the system, but also all of its individual elements, it eliminates the possibility of creating bottlenecks and the system gets reliable, which attracts new users and ensures competitiveness in the logistics services market. For these reasons, companies choose to use simulation tools to solve the problems created in the real system. Simulation tools make it possible to solve problems in the real system relatively cheaply, quickly and efficiently.
