Abstract

Osnovna svrha i cilj INCOTERMS-a je osigurati prodavateljima i kupcima primjereno reguliranje pravnih i ekonomskih odnosa u trenutku sklapanja ugovora o kupoprodaji, čime se smanjuje mogućnost nesporazuma koji bi mogle rezultirati pravnim komplikacijama. Ovim radom je istraženo i analizirano korištenje INCOTERMS 2010 termina u međunarodnom poslovanju. U radu se polazi od određenja osnovnih pojmova u špediterskom poslovanju, te su objašnjeni osnovni i specijalni poslovi međunarodnog špeditera.... More Navedene su i kategorije špeditera. Potom su detaljno opisani svaki od INCOTERMS 2010 termina koji su podijeljeni u četiri skupine. Zatim se obrađuje primjena INCOTERMS 2010 termina u špediterskom poslovanju kojima se uređuju odnosi između prodavatelja i kupca. Važan dio rada zauzima provedena analiza korištenja INCOTERMS 2010 termina u špediterskom poslovanju između špeditera, svi dobiveni podatci prikazani su putem grafova i slika. Abstract (english)

The main goal and purpose of INCOTERMS is to provide adequate legal and economical relations for sellers and buyers at the moment when purchase contract is made. In that case, the possibility of misunderstanding, which could result with legal complications, is diminished. In this thesis usage of INCOTERMS 2010 in International transport have been researched and analysed. The paper starts with the definition of basic terms in the freight forwarding business, and explains the basic and special... More tasks of the international freight forwarder. Forwarder categories are also listed. Each of the INCOTERMS 2010 terms is then described in detail, which is divided into four groups. The application of INCOTERMS 2010 terms in the freight forwarding business, which regulates seller-buyer relations, is then processed. An important part of the paper is the analysis of the use of INCOTERMS 2010 terms in the freight forwarding business between freight forwarders, all the data obtained are presented through graphs and pictures.
